You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; All activities that occur under your account; Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription & Payment

1. Pricing: The Pro subscription is priced at $4.99 USD per month, billed automatically.
2. Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Paddle.com.
4. Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to: Harass, threaten, or harm others; Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene; Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; Use the Service for any unlawful purpose; Spam or send unsolicited communications.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WhatChineseMean and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT: The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; AI-generated responses will always be appropriate or accurate; The results from using the Service will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatChineseMean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
